2. Reductions on tailored and in-company programmes - Your organisation is entitled to a 10% reduction (up to a maximum value of £1,500) on one tailored in-company programme during each membership year.
3. Reductions on selected Xel Training & Development events - You and ten nominated people will receive regular email notices of last minute availability on selected Xel Training & Development Master Classes with a 25% reduction.

The member agenda - Your organisation is entitled to one consultancy day each quarter with an Xel Training & Development Training Director of your choice using the time in various ways to suit your own agenda such as one-on-one coaching, problem solving, strategic planning, help with recruitment campaigns etc.
9. NVQ registration and skills scan - You and ten nominated sales people will be entitled to register with City & Guilds for NVQ's in Sales and Sales management and have your initial skills scan conducted completely free of charge.
10. Reductions on selected Xel Training & Development partner events - Your organisation is entitled to a 10% reduction on selected Master Class programmes with Xel Training & Development Partner organisations.
