1. How many people attend a Master Class?

Delegate numbers are restricted to a maximum of 12 – this ensures that the trainer can provide each delegate with individual attention and make specific reference to them and their line of business.

2. Why are Master Classes only one day in duration?

To minimise time off the job. There are no hotels, accommodation, evening meals or bar costs. You can attend Master Classes three or four times a year for the same training budget as for one residential course only ONCE a year, so the beneficial effect of the training continues with each new Master Class boosting the effects of the one before.

3. Who will run the programme?

A Xel Training & Development qualified trainer – all of our trainers have a minimum of 10 years experience and a proven track record and rigorous on going on the job assessment along with relevant practical work experience.

4. Where are the Master Classes held?

Open Master Classes are held at one of the most popular and prestigious business venues, The Macdonald Tickled Trout Hotel in Preston. With its peaceful riverside location, the hotel is an ideal choice for our Master Classes. The hotel has purpose-built training rooms and facilities that enable the training to be conducted in a relaxed strew free atmosphere, conducive to effective and focused learning.

5. What is the delivery style?

An interactive approach which dependent upon the Master Class may involve syndicate exercises, group/individual discussion, practical projects, role play, debate and self assessment.

6. What materials do delegates receive?

Delegates attend Master Classes, not training courses: they are treated as VIPs. Quality Master Class manuals, unique hands on tools like the story board on “Tele-selling” and framed Master Class Certificates – all add to the Feel Good Factor.

7. Are refreshments provided?

Tea, Coffee and bacon sandwiches etc on arrival, refreshments in terms of beverages and biscuits throughout the day, plus a buffet style lunch.

10. How do I pay for my Master Class(es)?

We will simply invoice your company on receipt of your booking. Please see the Terms and Conditions of Booking for payment terms. All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of VAT, and this will be added to your invoice.
