All open Master Classes are non-residential and prices are inclusive of morning and afternoon tea or coffee, lunch, framed attendance certificates, and delegate manuals. A Personal Story Board and Word Track packs are also included on the Winning Appointments and Professional Tele - Selling Master Classes.
Should delegates require an optional residential package at the Master Class venue, an additional rate of £97 + VAT per delegate would apply (subject to availability) which includes a 3 course evening meal and accommodation on the evening prior to the Master Class, full English or Continental breakfast and use of the hotel leisure facilities. Automatic upgrades to executive rooms will apply subject to availability and upon request.
