Training Directors

Training without inspiration is rarely effective. Xel Training & Development has developed a highly skilled training team to train and coach delegates throughout the UK. As a fast growing and expanding organisation, we are looking for top-flight sales and sales management training directors to join the existing team, to design and deliver tailored training solutions to Xel Training & Development's UK customer base.

We are interested in professional trainer's who meet the criteria below and who are prepared to travel and work throughout all regions of the UK.

• Have a proven track record in sales and sales management within a solution/consultative sales environment
• Credibility/experience in selling at Director/Senior Management level
• Have a minimum of 5 years training delivery experience (multi-sector experience is preferred)
• Must be able to deliver a number of Xel Training & Development's existing open Master Classes
• Be prepared to sit on Xel Training & Development Master Classes as a delegate
• Have the ability to identify customers exact needs and therefore recommend and develop an appropriate training and development programme.
• Have an effective consultative style, coupled with excellent presentation skills, enthusiasm and integrity.

The role is to build close relationships with existing and potential customers, develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements, design and deliver a range of structured training programmes and consultancy packages into all sectors of industry and commerce.
